Sr. Associate/Associate Manager- Talent Acquisition

Your Role and Responsibilities
Job Context
We are looking for a proactive individual with a strong background in benefits administration, KPI-based project management, organizational development, and talent acquisition. As an Sr. Associate/Associate Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our organization by managing various HR and administrative processes.
Talent Management:
  • Participate in the hiring and screening process by posting jobs, reviewing applications, setting up interviews, and checking references.
  • Organize orientation and onboarding processes for new hires to ensure a smooth transition into the workplace culture.
  • Oversee the administration of employee benefit plans, including enrollment, claims handling, and answering questions.
  • Keep track of personnel records and make sure that corporate policies and applicable laws are followed. legislation.
  • Encourage the use of performance management procedures, including as goal-setting, performance reviews, and necessary disciplinary measures.
  • etermine targets, goals, KRAs, and KPIs to create a system of performance-based evaluation for each employee.
  • Help with grievances, employee counseling, and dispute resolution in the context of employee relations.
  • Need to be competent and effective in headhunting in LinkedIn, FB, etc. for Talent acquisition.

Administrative Assistance:
  • Oversee daily administrative tasks, such as maintaining vendor connections, managing office supplies, and office expenses.
  • Oversee employee lodging and travel arrangements as needed.
  • Organize conferences, meetings, and events by planning the agenda, handling logistics, and scheduling.
  • Contribute to the creation and dissemination of internal communications, including announcements, memoranda, and newsletters.
  • espond to common questions and offer department-wide administrative assistance to staff members.
  • Retain privacy and exercise caution when handling sensitive data.

Policy Implementation and Compliance:
  • Keep abreast of pertinent with relevant employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance.
  • Contribute to the creation and execution of HR initiatives, policies, and practices.
  • Participate in HR audits and assist in corrective action plans as needed.

Payroll and Benefits:
  • Ensure leave posting and maintaining its record.
  • Prepare payroll preparation sheet and guide for necessary checking.
  • Prepare worker’s increment and promotion list & keep the approved copy for further record keeping.
  • Prepare different payments such as- final settlement, maternity leave benefit bill (prenatal & postnatal), subsistence allowance bill, etc.
