Senior Executive, Job Placement

Your Role and Responsibilities
CodersTrust Bangladesh is seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as a Job Placement Lead. The Job Placement Lead will play a pivotal role in connecting our talented pool of tech graduates with exciting job opportunities in the IT industry. This role requires a combination of strong communication skills, industry knowledge, and a passion for empowering others to achieve their career goals.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with industry partners, including local relevant companies, startups, and tech recruiters, to understand their hiring needs and preferences.
  • Have good contact with the HR personnels of Bangladesh or relevant recruiters.
  • Actively source and identify job opportunities for CodersTrust graduates, leveraging both traditional and innovative recruitment channels.
  • Collaborate with the Career Development team to provide personalized career guidance and support to students and alumni, including resume writing, interview preparation, and job search strategies.
  • Good idea on using Artificial Intelligence.
  • Organize and facilitate recruitment events, job fairs, and networking sessions to connect students with potential employers and facilitate meaningful interactions.
  • keep generating new ideas to ensure constant upgradation of work process.
  • Track and analyze placement data to measure the effectiveness of job placement efforts and identify areas for improvement.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, job market dynamics, and emerging technologies to inform job placement strategies and curriculum development initiatives.
Qualifications and Skills
Mandatory
To qualify to enter the selection process for this job, you must meet the following minimum criteria. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet these criteria:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, preferably within the IT industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully placing or hiring candidates in relevant job roles and industries.
  • Strong understanding of the local and international IT job market, including industry trends, skill requirements, and salary benchmarks.
Preferred
If you have the following skills/competence, you’ll have a competitive advantage in our selection process compared to others:
  • Candidates with head hunting experince will have added advantage.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and credibility with employers and job seekers alike.
  • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Passionate about empowering individuals through education and employment opportunities.
