Course Development

• Collaborating with Instructors and course production team and assisting Sr. Managers in the Course Development team – design, develop, and maintain CBT&A-based (Competency-based Training & Assessment), skill-oriented, effective and engaging digital learning content for both global and local learners, maintaining world-class academic excellence.
• Manage development and production of courses focused on various Digital Economy competencies that ensure learning outcomes, including competency models, course outlines, lesson plans, learning resources, video tutorials, assessments, etc.
• Acquire and coordinate instructors and mentors to develop various courses.
• Communicate and conduct training and mentoring sessions for mentors and instructors.
• Design and develop PowerPoint presentations for courses.

Production Coordination

• Manage the end-to-end production process of course materials, including video lectures, presentations, quizzes, and other multimedia assets.
• Coordinate closely with multimedia specialists, graphic designers, and content creators to ensure the timely delivery of high-quality course materials.
• Monitor production schedules and budgets, proactively addressing any challenges or delays to ensure projects stay on track.
• Develop engaging and persuasive promotional scripts, presentations and storyboarding for video productions, outlining shot sequences and visual.
• Manage the launch process of courses and video content to the designated portals and manage a comprehensive archival system for all media assets, including raw footage, edited videos, and promotional materials.
• Maintain detailed documentation of course development processes, including project plans, timelines, and resource allocations.
• Generate comprehensive reports on course development progress, production metrics, and quality assurance findings, providing insights to inform decision-making.
• Communicate project updates, milestones, and challenges to relevant stakeholders in a clear and timely manner.

Course Outcomes Assurance

• Implement robust quality control and assurance processes to ensure that course content meets established standards for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.
• Conduct thorough reviews of course materials, providing constructive feedback and guidance to enhance content quality and alignment with learning objectives.
• Monitor and follow up on learner progress of cohorts to determine refinements necessary in the approach and model.
