Your Role and Responsibilities

As a Senior Manager of Global Marketing Sales, you will be essential to increasing revenue growth and our market presence. You will be responsible for team leadership, client interaction, and strategic planning. Market Analysis and Strategic Planning:
  • Analyze markets, rivals, industry trends, and clientele in-depth.
  • Enhance strategic planning and decision-making procedures by utilizing insights.
  • Work together with cross-functional teams to match sales and marketing initiatives with overarching business goals.
  • To meet revenue targets and market penetration objectives, create and implement comprehensive marketing and sales strategies.

Strategic Leadership and Collaboration:
  • Work together with senior leadership to comprehend business requirements and convert them into deliverables for sales remuneration.
  • Develop and execute global marketing strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to achieve revenue targets and market share growth.
  • Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
  • Oversee and guide a productive group of marketing and sales experts, cultivating an environment that values creativity, cooperation, and responsibility.

Demand Generation and Campaign Management:
  • Create and execute demand generation campaigns across channels (digital, events, content, etc.).
  • Optimize lead generation and conversion strategies.
  • Measure campaign effectiveness and adjust tactics as needed.

Sales Directives:
  • Create and carry out sales enablement programs, such as educational materials, sales collateral, and instruments, to empower the sales force and increase productivity.
  • Oversee and lead a worldwide sales operations team that is in charge of daily operational coverage of sales tools as well as strategic system enhancements.
  • To guarantee that the service roadmap and sales strategy are in line, collaborate closely with the development and product management teams.
  • To maximize income creation and client acquisition, create price plans and promotional campaigns.
  • Manage the entire sales process, from business development prospecting to contract negotiations and post-sales support.
  • Achieve monthly and annual revenue quotas.
  • Share commercial and technology sales development across regions.

Global Team Management:
  • Lead and guide a diverse global marketing team.
  • Set clear performance objectives and assess team members’ progress.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative work environment.

Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage marketing budgets.
  • Allocate resources effectively to achieve maximum impact.
  • Monitor expenses and ROI.

Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders (sales, product, finance, etc.).
  • Collaborate with regional marketing teams to adapt global strategies locally.
  • Represent the marketing function in leadership meetings.

Customer Acquisition and Retention:
  • Utilize lead generating techniques, strategic alliances, and targeted marketing efforts to propel customer acquisition initiatives.
  • To improve market presence and spur revenue growth, cultivate relationships with important clients, industry players, and strategic partners.
  • To optimize lifetime value and cultivate enduring client loyalty and advocacy, put customer retention tactics into practice.

Performance Analysis and Reporting:
  • Establish and monitor key performance metrics to track the effectiveness of marketing and sales initiatives and drive continuous improvement.
  • Provide senior leadership with monthly reports and presentations that highlight sales success, industry trends, and practical insights.
  • To find opportunities for innovation and optimization, thoroughly analyze market research, consumer feedback, and sales data.
