Your Role and Responsibilities
As a Senior Manager in Marketing and Sales for Corporate Training and Employment, your primary role is to develop and execute effective marketing and sales strategies to drive customer acquisition, revenue growth, and promote the organization’s corporate training and employment services. You will lead a team and collaborate with various stakeholders to develop marketing campaigns, manage sales activities, and achieve business objectives. Your strategic planning, leadership, and hands-on execution will be critical to maximizing the organization’s market presence and success in the corporate training and employment sector.

Corporate Partnership Development and Onboarding
- Comprehensive communication strategy for corporate partners
- Create and distribute partner-focused content marketing communication
- Serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate partners, and ensure that they receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries
- Develop and maintain a database of partner contacts and communication preferences through CRM
- Collaborate with our product development teams to ensure that our partners are informed of new product features and releases and identify/develop new opportunities for collaboration
- Monitor and analyze partner feedback to identify areas for improvement in our communication and collaboration processes
- Work with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions that target our partners
- Attend conferences, events, and other industry-related gatherings to represent our company and build relationships with our partners
- Research, develop proposals, create workflows, SOPs, and guidelines
- Oversee different initiatives of the projects, monitor their progress and completion, and ensure the results, outcomes, and impact
Learner Onboarding to Online Platform
- Strategic Communication plans to support learner engagement and participation
- Build and maintain positive relationships with learner organizations, academic departments, and other stakeholders
- Create and manage communication materials such as newsletters, social media content, and event promotion materials
- Monitor and analyze learner engagement to identify opportunities and areas of improvement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including learner affairs, marketing, and other departments, to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels
- Manage budgets and timelines for communication campaigns and projects
- Supervise and mentor learner communication team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices, and apply insights to continuously improve communication strategies
Qualifications and Skills

To qualify to enter the selection process for this job, you must meet the following minimum criteria. Please DO NOT apply if you do not meet these criteria:
- Master's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 10 years of experience in business development and corporate sales, preferably in a B2B environment
- Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners
Preferred
If you have the following skills/competence, you’ll have a competitive advantage in our selection process compared to others:
- Familiarity with CRM software, marketing automation tools, and other marketing and sales technologies
