Head of Business Development and Sales, Workforce Development and Corporate Training Solutions

Your Role and Responsibilities
As the Head of Business Development and Sales for Workforce Development and Corporate Training Solutions, your mission is to lead the charge in forging strategic partnerships and crafting bespoke business-to-government solutions. With a robust workforce and company development background, you will leverage your comprehensive understanding of government procurement protocols to drive our international market expansion, boost sales, and champion CodersTrust’s corporate training and talent services. Your pivotal role involves devising and implementing potent marketing and sales strategies to attract customers, escalate revenue, and cultivate various business alliances. Guiding a dynamic team, you will initiate marketing drives, steer sales endeavors, and realize business aims. Your strategic foresight, leadership prowess, and direct involvement are essential to enhancing our organization’s industry stature and achieving success in the corporate training and employment landscape.
Business Development
  • Take the lead in locating, pursuing, and seizing Government opportunities that fit the organization’s strategic goals.
  • Interact with the high Govt. officials most efficiently to develop.
  • Connect with important government agency stakeholders, such as decision-makers, program managers, and procurement authorities.
  • Create and implement thorough business development plans to increase the company’s business and earnings in the Government sector.
  • Work together in cross-functional teams to create competitive bids and answers to government proposal requests.

Relationship Administration
  • Establish and maintain enduring connections with government customers by presenting the business as a reliable advisor and partner.
  • As the main point of contact for clients, you must ensure that their requirements are addressed and their expectations are exceeded.
  • Work with internal teams to guarantee that services and solutions are delivered smoothly and customer expectations are met or exceeded.
  • Look for ways to upsell and cross-sell more services to current government customers.

Market Analysis and Strategy
  • Identify trends, opportunities, and competitive threats in the government industry by doing market research and analysis.
  • Create and improve go-to-market plans for government products while considering demands and market trends.
  • Keep up with policy and regulatory trends and government procurement.

Identify and Research Potential Clients
  • Carry out market research to find possible government sector clients.
  • Examine their demands and specifications.
  • Establish trusting bonds with decision-makers and government organizations.

Proposal Development and Negotiation
  • Create and deliver strong proposals to clients in the government.
  • Agree on contract conditions and have good stakeholder communication.
  • Create strategic alliances to accelerate company expansion.

Efficient and Quality Management of Requests for Proposals (RFPs)
  • evelop comprehensive responses to Requests for Proposals (RFPs) by analyzing requirements, understanding client needs, and crafting tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information, including technical specifications, pricing details, and project timelines, to ensure the proposal’s accuracy and completeness.
  • Manage the RFP submission process from start to finish, adhering to deadlines, formatting guidelines, and submission requirements.
  • Conduct thorough reviews and quality checks of all proposal documents to ensure clarity, consistency, and compliance with RFP instructions and evaluation criteria.
  • Continuously evaluate and refine proposal development processes to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and success rates in securing new business opportunities.

Sales Pipeline Management
  • Comprehensive communication strategy for corporate partners.
  • Create and distribute partner-focused content marketing communication.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for our corporate partners, and ensure that they receive timely and accurate responses to their inquiries.
  • Develop and maintain a database of partner contacts and communication preferences through CRM.
  • Collaborate with our product development teams to ensure that our partners are informed of new product features and releases and identify/develop new opportunities for collaboration.
  • Monitor and analyze partner feedback to identify areas for improvement in our communication and collaboration processes.
  • Work with marketing and sales teams to create campaigns and promotions that target our partners.
  • Attend conferences, events, and other industry-related gatherings to represent our company and build relationships with our partners.
  • Research, develop proposals, create workflows, SOPs, and guidelines.
  • Oversee different initiatives of the projects, monitor their progress and completion, and ensure the results, outcomes, and impact.

Learner Onboarding to Online Platform
  • Strategic Communication plans to support learner engagement and participation.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with learner organizations, academic departments, and other stakeholders.
  • Create and manage communication materials such as newsletters, social media content, and event promotion materials.
  • Monitor and analyze learner engagement to identify opportunities and areas of improvement.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including learner affairs, marketing, and other departments, to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
  • Manage budgets and timelines for communication campaigns and projects.
  • Supervise and mentor learner communication team members, providing guidance and feedback as needed.
