Ferdinand Kjærulff
Co-Founder, CodersTrust
Ferdinand Kjærulff, a former Danish Army Captain, entrepreneur and businessman, founded CodersTrust in 2014 together with Aziz Ahmad. He was looking to address a particular gap: while online labor markets and learning platforms exist, there was no financial system to fund the education of tomorrow’s online workforce.
His goal at the time was that, by capturing the return on investment from the online labor market, CodersTrust envisioned making education not only universally accessible and free, but also an appealing investment for the capital market.
Today’s digital revolution promises to bring paid education via the internet to fight against a world of discontent, unemployment, low productivity and inequalities. Ferdinand believed that by building this inclusive financial system for bright students around the world, CodersTrust can have a powerful impact on the poorest people in the world.
Ferdinand passed away on February 2023, after valiantly fighting through cancer. CodersTrust honors his visionary spirit by continually moving forward in providing the youth of the world with skill based digital education with globally recognised industry certifications.
