Empowering Women across Bangladesh through digital skill development
Her Power is the project of ICT division of Bangladesh Government. The objective is ensuring sustainable empowerment of women as entrepreneurs and facilitating their self-employment through skill development by making the best and safest use of information. Goal is Providing five-month-long training to a total of 25,125 women across 130 upazilas.

- Graduated Trainees: 800
- Successful Job Placement: 372
- Successful job placement during the course itself 18.62%
- 34% of them secured employment in different national and international marketplaces and doing full-time jobs.
- Despite cultural and social challenges of enrolling in a program like this, the dropout rates were low
